We have an unwavering commitment
to be completely upfront regarding our fees and do not believe in
hidden or additional costs. Our fee schedule for 2008 is Saturday
- $3400; Sunday - $3000; Friday - $2600. Our fee for Monday-Thursday
is based on the number of guests. The following is included for
whichever day is selected.
• A total of 8 hours for your event. The time is inclusive
of 2 hours set up for caterers and 1 hour clean up at the conclusion
of the event. Additional hours may be reserved at $150 an hour.
• Our elegant Reception Hall with handicapped facilities, and three powder rooms
• Our 60 x 20 ft covered Veranda off the back of the hall.
• The beautiful 20 x 28 ft Gazebo overlooking ponds
with rolling hills.
• Exclusive use of the facility including the Bride’s
Suite, the Gazebo, the
Reception Hall, the Veranda and Grounds on the day of the wedding
&/or reception.
Tables -- 13 (5 ft rounds), 2 (8 ft rectangulars), 2 (6 ft rectangulars), 4 (7 ft serpentines), 2 (3 ft rounds), and seperate indoor and outdoor chairs provided.
• Licensed officiant in residence: You may use any officiant
of your choice but the owner of the property, Rev. William Cannon,
has been in the ministry for 39 years and is licensed to do both
religious and civil ceremonies. He meets with you and tailors
an order of service for your ceremony that includes your personal
choices and selections. We then take your selections and create
a printed program that is used for your ceremony and given to
you as a keepsake.
• We do not charge a gratuity and because we offer only
a service there is no sales tax.
