We have an unwavering commitment to be completely upfront regarding our fees and do not believe in hidden or additional costs.

The following is included for all weddings with receptions / events:

• A full 8 hours inclusive of 2 hours set up for caterers / vendors and 1 hour clean up at the conclusion of your event.

• Additional hours only $150 per hour.

• A complimentary one hour rehearsal on Wednesday or Thursday.

• Exclusive use of the facility to include the Bridal Suite, Ceremonial Gazebo, Carraige House Reception Hall, Veranda and Grounds on the day of your wedding / event.

• Hard-wired backup generator onsite to give you peace of mind.

• Coordinator up to 4 hours on your big day, as well as, guidance and advice as you plan your wedding / event.

• Licensed officiant in residence, Rev. Will Cannon, can perform either religious or civil ceremonies. He tailors an order of service that includes your personal choices and selections to create your ceremony. We then provide a keepsake copy for the bride and groom.

Of course, we would be happy to welcome any pastor or officiant of your choice.
